Very prompt with communication. Trailer was set and ready when we came to pick it up. Worked wonderfully with fitting all our tall teenagers for the weekend and kept us warm during the chilly nights. Renter was up front and honest with everything and very accommodating. Full propane kept the fridge and freezer cold for the duration of our trip (4 nights). The unit was stable and roomy. We mostly used the trailer just for sleep and it did the trick ! We didn’t use the electricity much but had a generator to top us off at the camp site when needed.
