Eugene was absolutely amazing to deal with, great communication through and through. Gave a wonderful tour of the RV and how to operate it and has a handy binder that helps out major. Had an issue with the starlink at first when we got to the remote area and he stayed on FaceTime with me until the issue was resolved and the starlink was working! RV was great, and made the trip even better. would rent again, thanks Eugene!

Five stars for Juan! Renting from him was a fantastic experience from start to finish. The RV was clean, well-maintained, and ready to go exactly as promised — you can tell Juan really takes pride in his vehicles and stays on top of every detail. Communication was excellent throughout the trip: quick responses to every question, always available if we needed anything. He walked us through everything before we left, no surprises on the road. Took my daughter to Kern River for four days and the RV performed flawlessly. Juan runs his business the right way — professional, honest, and genuinely cares about his customers. Highly recommend, and I'll be booking with him again for our next trip!
