Campgrounds and RV parks near Langhorne, PA

Langhorne sits in Lower Bucks County, roughly 25 miles northeast of Philadelphia and a short drive from the Delaware River corridor that separates Pennsylvania from New Jersey. The area is suburban at its core, home to Sesame Place and easy access to I-95 and the Pennsylvania Turnpike, but drivers reach rural campgrounds and state parks within 30 to 60 minutes in nearly every direction. RV travelers typically base themselves at private resorts in upper Bucks County and use Langhorne as a launch point for day trips. Colonial Woods Family Resort in Upper Black Eddy has 235 sites including 20 tent-only sites, accepts RVs up to 55 feet, offers 10 pull-thrus, and provides 20/30 amp electric with water hookups. Beaver Valley Campgrounds sits in the wooded hills of Bucks County within reach of Ralph Stover State Park, New Hope, and Lake Nockamixon State Park. Village Scene Park and Oak Grove Park and Sales serve travelers looking for closer-in options within the Langhorne area itself, while Washington Crossing State Park, NJ lies just across the river.

Private resorts in the area take reservations directly through their own websites or third-party platforms such as Campspot and Hipcamp. Colonial Woods, Beaver Valley Campgrounds, and Colonial Woods Family Resort all accept online bookings, and holiday weekends should be locked in months in advance. Rig length and slide-out clearance are worth confirming by phone; several upper Bucks County parks have narrow interior roads and low tree cover. State park camping runs on separate systems. Most campsites in Pennsylvania state parks can be reserved 11 months in advance to noon of the day of arrival. On the New Jersey side, campgrounds at Washington Crossing State Park are closed until further notice, with online reservations normally handled at camping.nj.gov.
