Campgrounds and RV parks near Sadsburyville, PA

Sadsburyville is an unincorporated community in Sadsbury Township, Chester County, Pennsylvania, sitting along U.S. Route 30 Business a few miles west of Coatesville and northeast of Parkesburg. The location puts RV travelers on the eastern edge of Lancaster County farm country and within easy reach of the Brandywine Valley, Amish Country attractions, and the greater Philadelphia region. RV travelers have several nearby options that suit different trip styles. Birchview Farm Campground offers a rural, family-owned feel in Chester County with roughly 200 sites, a swimming pool, and a stocked pond. The Loose Caboose Campground and Spring Gulch RV Campground sit a short drive west in Lancaster County. Families heading to Pennsylvania Dutch Country attractions often base at Lancaster / New Holland KOA Journey, which follows standard KOA amenities and reservation policies. Most sites in this corridor are private, family-run parks with full hookups, seasonal pools, and cabins alongside RV pads. Weekend and holiday demand is strong from late spring through fall.

The nearby campgrounds are privately owned, so reservations are handled directly by each park rather than through a state or federal portal. Lancaster / New Holland KOA Journey books through KOA's national website and app, with standard KOA cancellation windows. Spring Gulch RV Campground, The Loose Caboose Campground, and Birchview Farm Campground take reservations through their own websites or by phone; Birchview also uses the Campspot platform. For summer weekends, holiday periods, and fall foliage dates, book eight to twelve weeks ahead. Multi-night minimums are common on holiday weekends. Marsh Creek State Park does not offer overnight camping, so RV travelers should plan on private parks for hookups. Have the RV length, slide-out count, and hookup needs ready when booking; pull-through sites for larger rigs are limited and go first.
