Campgrounds and RV parks near Tullytown, PA

Tullytown sits in Lower Bucks County along the Delaware River, roughly halfway between Philadelphia and Trenton. The location puts RV travelers within a short drive of state parks and private resorts on both the Pennsylvania and New Jersey sides of the river, plus quick access to Route 1, I-95, and the Pennsylvania Turnpike for arrivals from the north and south. Most overnight options are private RV parks and rural family campgrounds rather than in-town sites. Nearby choices include Washington Crossing State Park, NJ across the river, Timberland Lake Campground and Indian Rock RV Resort and Campground in the Cream Ridge and New Egypt area, Crystal Springs Wilderness Lodges and RV Resort in central New Jersey, and Brendan T Byrne State Forest in the Pine Barrens. Expect a mix of full-hookup private resorts closer to major roads and simpler wooded sites at the state park and state forest. Sites at private parks typically offer water and electric, with a share of full hookups; state parks in the region lean toward electric-only or non-hookup sites with dump stations.

Pennsylvania state park and state forest campsites are booked through the Pennsylvania State Parks and Forests reservation website (also reachable by phone at 888-PA-PARKS) up to 11 months in advance of arrival. Many parks require reservations to be made at least three days ahead of arrival, and a two-night minimum applies to Saturday stays during the summer season. New Jersey state park and state forest sites, including Brendan T Byrne State Forest, are booked online at camping.nj.gov or by calling the park office. Private parks such as Crystal Springs Wilderness Lodges and RV Resort, Timberland Lake Campground, and Indian Rock RV Resort and Campground take reservations directly through their websites or by phone. Deposits, cancellation windows, and check-in requirements vary, so confirm rig length limits, hookup type, and pet rules at the time of booking.
