Indoor and outdoor speakers. Great fold out couch and drop down dinette for more sleeping areas. Outdoor TV, as well as Bluetooth speakers for some music when sitting around the fire and watching a movie. This RV is completely self-contained and ready for the open road or the beach. You can vacation in a campground with full hookups (water, sewer and electricity 30amps) or get away from everything and “boon dock” in serenity. ** Artic Pak ** this RV is also equipped with an artic pak, what makes it a great choice for cooler temperatures! This RV comes with: - Bedsheets for the main bed - Coffee maker - Toilet paper - Cookware and Kitchen supplies - Kitchen paper towels We sanitize all surfaces, doors, and handles. You could separate this camper into two family living with your own spaces. We have dual A/C units with upgraded airflow systems. It is recently remodeled motorhome. We replace entire flooring wall coverings, new microwave, 2 burner stove, new ink with foldable faucet, new AC unit, new generator. They are all done last couple of weeks ago. 6 people can sleep. There are many nice campgrounds around our city from beach side to Anastasia State Park to others just a short driver away. You pick the campground, and I will come and set it up for you. When your vacation is done, I will come and pick up the camper from your campsite. Our beautiful 2022 Dutchman Aspen Trail 17BH is well set up. Queen bed with upgraded mattress, with 2 bunkbeds. Outdoor table with 5 chairs and outside area rug. We also have on board refrigerator, microwave, toaster, Keurig coffee maker, Blackstone electric griddle, cookware, wheat straw microwave safe dinning set ( not plastic), mugs, silverware, cutting board, can opener, a filled up dish soap and hand soap dispenser , 1 roll of paper towel, toilet paper, hairdryer, radio with built in speakers Bluetooth and USB connection, Tv with Roku , AC, electric fireplace, back up camera, electric awning, spare tire, full tank of propane gas, rare bumper mounted clothes line, towels, bowls, toys for your furry friend. Hotel style linen sheets, towels, beach towels, extra blanket. Very nice relaxing environment to enjoy in the evening after exploring the oldest continued lived-in city in the US, or a day at the beach. There is so much to do in this town, that you will never run out of places to explore. We have an appreciation welcoming package for our guests. Breakfast blend coffee capsules and EcoEarth cruelty-free, paraben-free, SLS-free toiletries. All surfaces are cleaned and then disinfected between renters by our professional cleaners. If you would like to bring your furry friend, because they are whining whenever you live them home alone, more then welcome, that is going to be add $50 one time pet fee to your bill. As you can see on our listing, delivery is possible in 20 miles for a $100 fee round trip. After 20 miles $3/miles. Please use the campground facilities if possible for shower or your natural needs, because if I have to dump a black and grey tank a $150 is going to be added to your bill.
