Though I only needed it overnight, (for an event) it was very well stocked with everything needed for an extended trip. I marked 5 stars for communication because he was so helpful and excellent to ensure everything went smoothly. This of course made pickup/drop-off a breeze, and the RV drove beautifully. Beautiful, clean, well appointed and easy to drive RV with intuitive controls. J was easy to reach and very helpful. Drove from Michigan to North Carolina and back in snow in gusting winds and I didn’t have to fight the vehicle to stay on the road. Visibility was superb. I highly recommend and would rent this RV again

We absolutely loved renting from Candice. Journey (the RV) was clean, easy to use and loaded with all your camping essentials! By far our best renting experience to date! Linens included and with the cutest decor, our kids loved the extra touches. Definitely a home away from home experience. Tons of room for big family of six. This was our first experience renting an RV and for the most part we were very happy. Rick was patient in explaining how everything worked and although it was a crash course, he left us detailed instructions in the RV incase we had any problems along with his phone number. The RV itself was very clean and all the essentials for a camping trip with a family of 5 were on hand when we needed them. My only issue was the pop out was not functional and although it was in the shop trying to be fixed prior to our trip, it ultimately didn’t get fixed. We only found this out a few days before our departure so I didn’t feel as though I had any choice but to take it as is, or risk having nothing at all. Thankfully we had almost perfect weather and didn’t find ourselves confined to the RV. With 3 teenagers those extra 24” of space would have been nice but we made do. We had a great week of road tripping in Ricks RV, and look forward to our next adventure.
