Ed was on time. Very friendly and helpful. Made us feel very welcome and comfortable. He went above and beyond teaching us all the features of the trailer. It was stocked with more items than we would expect and they were new and in good condition. The trailer was very clean. On pick up we had a few people hanging around the camp area at that time and Ed went out of his way to be friendly with everyone. Seems like a great guy. Can say enough about it.

Blair was very easy to communicate with, and the RV was as described. The kids loved it, and Blair was very accommodating with a last-minute delivery request. Overall, it was a great experience and we would definitely recommend renting from him.
