We had a fantastic 7 day roadtrip traveling through California visiting various California Missions with our 2 children and dog! We stayed at several camp sites and easily hooked up to facilities. Gurvinder’s Thor Motor Coach was PERFECT! It was comfortable for our family of 4 (plus dog). Two slept comfortable in each of the sleeping areas. We loved the ability to easily unhook from campsite and head into to town to explore Missions. Moving was easy and any parking lot accommodated the vehicle. For a family 4, I recommend setting aside plenty of time to carefully pack the vehicle with the necessities only! We brought an extra table and small grill as well as 4 chairs and bedding. The vehicle’s hot plate came in handy, the pot and pan provided along with plates, cups and utensils were appreciated. The bathroom was easy to use. Gurvinder prepped us well on how to use the vehicle and quickly responded to questions! We would definitely consider this vehicle for future trips!

Great experience overall. The trailer was delivered and set up before we arrived, with power on, AC running, and the awning already out, which made everything incredibly easy for our family. It gave us a comfortable place to cool off and escape the heat during our family campout, and everything went well throughout the stay. The only issue we ran into was some water dripping from the water heater area, but Jakwan was responsive and helped us work through it. Reducing the water pressure going into the trailer, or shutting the water off when not in use, seemed to resolve the concern enough for the trip. Overall, the trailer served our family well, communication was good, and we appreciated the convenience of having everything set up and ready to go.

Rented the RV for a family camping trip to a local state beach. RV looked fantastic, great condition, and comfortably slept a family of 4 without any issues. When I picked up the RV initially, Mark walked me through everything. And when I was at the campsite trying to figure something out, I text him and he responded right away to walk me through it. I have rented Ian's sprinter van multiple times and I know I will rent it many more times in the near future! Its an incredible van capable of going anywhere worth going, with immense comfort and everything very well planned out. The Starlink is also a huge upgrade from my usual camping experience; we had flawless high speed internet in the grand canyon, of all places. And the bed is shockingly comfortable, might be better than my bed at home. I would recommend this van to first-timers, seasoned campers, and everyone in between.
