Marvin was very communicative and set up everything needed for the rental. We were using it for family to sleep as there wasn’t enough beds or floor space for all the family. Those that stayed in it said the water and heat worked perfectly. And, the beds were very comfortable. He had many lengths of hose and extension cords available, so he was able to set it up with my very distant outlet and faucet. I would definitely rent from Marvin again.

Aim for 4 to 8 weeks ahead in spring and fall, and check county parks or KOA for more last-minute flexibility.

Watch for farm equipment on rural roads and dense tule fog in late fall and winter mornings near the Delta. I-5 and Highway 99 have truck lanes and rest areas for safer breaks, and Caltrans QuickMap is the best way to check conditions before heading toward the Sierra or Bay Area.
