Magical memories
We had a wonderful stay in Ruben's RV. He dropped it off at the campground, and it was very clean and immaculate inside! Ruben was very communicative, and the whole experience was easy and pleasant.
Karina was very responsive, the meet up to pick up and drop off went smoothly. We did have a couple issues with the RV panel that it needed to reboot for every generator use. They said they were aware and were planning on replacing. We were unable to see grey and black water usage levels. The A/C works but only on a high level and vents are a bit broken and don't stay open without putting something in place to keep them open. Overall the RV was great for our girls trip. We had 4 adult women and it was good for what we needed. There are solar panels and satellite but we were not sure how to use it and it was not explained, so we can not give any review on those features. It would've been good to have an owners manual on how the RV operates with those features a long with anything else. Took a couple days just to figure out the quirks but it did not interfere with our trip. The main door lock did break, but I was able to get it replaced at the end of the trip. Overall, I would definitely rent again given some of the little things being resolved as it is a great RV.

Things to do in Reno
Planning on visiting Reno's top attractions? Reno is a pretty RV-friendly city, so you shouldn't have much trouble getting from A to B. There's rarely a traffic jam on the south side of the city, and while the north side can be worse, it's still better than most major cities in the US. You'll also find many campgrounds located at casinos near downtown, where you can park your RV.
If you fancy spending a day away from the casinos, check out the National Automobile Museum. The museum is home to over 200 classic automobiles, many of which once belonged to celebrities. Highlights include Elvis Presley's 1971 Cadillac, JFK's 1962 Lincoln Continental, and John Wayne’s 1953 Corvette. Another excursion that's sure to please your whole crew is Animal Ark. This wildlife sanctuary features an array of native and exotic rescues, including jaguars, porcupines, and gray wolves.
You shouldn't miss out on exploring the great outdoors during your Reno trailer rental, and one of the best parks to visit is Lake Tahoe Nevada State Park. The park is split into several areas on the northeastern shores of Lake Tahoe, covering around 14,000 acres. If you're looking to make a splash, visit the beautiful beach at Sand Harbor or plan a backcountry hike at Spooner Lake. There are also boat ramps at each of the park's areas in case you fancy sailing around Lake Tahoe.

We loved our first RV rental trip and I would highly recommend Melanie and her “Firefly” Sunseeker Forest River RV. The RV ran smoothly and we didn’t experience any issues. Melanie was a gracious host, her communication was excellent and very timely. We really enjoyed being able to drive, sleep comfortably, make meals in our own vehicle and not to mention having our own bathroom on board. Melanie had everything filled and ready to go plus the unit was very clean. I would highly recommend renting with Melanie and RVezy. We hope to use her service again soon.

If we could give 6 stars out of 5 we would! We took the van to Yosemite and it was literally perfect. It was so well stocked, Cooper did a great job of explaining how to use and turn everything on. We even did a few runthroughs with him of popping up the roof hatch, etc. as he wanted to be sure we didnt get stuck in any pickles. They obviously care about the van and care that everyone has a great time in it! We really appreciate the memorable experience.

Can’t say enough good things about this rental. The van itself was clean, well-maintained, and completely loaded with all the essentials. We ended up running late on the return, but the host was super cool about it and made the whole process stress-free. Great communication and a wonderful trip!
