Right from the start we were able to totally enjoy our trip. Vanessa's associate did a fantastic job orienting us to the RV and covered everything that we needed to know; nothing was missed. We were able to level the RV and set it up for three days of fun with no problem at all. Vanessa thought of everything that we would need to be self sufficient; from garbage bags to paper towels, dishes, silverware, pots and pans, salt and pepper, dish soap, hangers, fly swatter, etc., etc. We had EVERYTHING we needed, all we had to pack was our clothes and food. We had no issues with the RV at all. We couldn't have asked for a better RV rental experience than we had with Vanessa. When we rent again, it will be through Vanessa for sure!!! Thank you Vanessa!!!
