This camper was perfect for the weekend. More like a small apartment! Honestly, bigger than some of the apartments I have rented! Two beds, two baths, and stocked full of nearly anything you could want for a weekend of glamping!! Will rent again for sure!

Frequently asked questions about renting an RV in Montgomery, OH
How much does an RV rental in Montgomery, OH cost, and how can I save?
RV rental in Montgomery is one of the most budget-friendly ways to explore southwest Ohio. On RVezy, you can typically find travel trailers from around $90 to $150 per night, Class C motorhomes from $175 to $275 per night, and luxury Class A rigs from $300 and up, with prices peaking around Memorial Day, July 4th, and Labor Day weekends. To score a cheap RV rental Montgomery travelers love, aim for mid-week pickups in May or late September when demand drops but the weather is still pleasant. Pro tip: filter for Instant Book listings and use the price slider, then message hosts to ask about weekly discounts. Many Montgomery hosts offer 10 to 20 percent off stays of five nights or more.
rvezy.com/rv-search?SearchAddress=Montgomery,%20OhioWhat license do I need to rent an RV in Montgomery, Ohio?
Good news: a regular driver's license is all you need to rent an RV in Montgomery. Ohio does not require a Commercial Driver's License (CDL) or any special endorsement for personal RVs, motorhomes, or travel trailers used recreationally, regardless of size. To book on RVezy, you'll need to be 25 or older and complete a quick ID verification right inside your account, which usually takes just a few minutes. International visitors are welcome too, just bring your home country license along with an International Driving Permit (IDP) from your local auto club. Pro tip: upload your ID as soon as you start a booking request so your Montgomery host can confirm your trip faster, often the same day.
help.rvezy.com/hc/en-us/articles/360039008774-Understanding-approved-driver-requirementsWhat protection and roadside assistance is included with my Montgomery RV rental?
Every RV rental in Montgomery booked through RVezy comes with a built-in protection package plus 24/7 roadside assistance, so you can hit I-71 or I-275 with real peace of mind. The protection package covers most physical damage to the RV during your trip, and you choose your coverage level at checkout, not the host. Roadside help covers flat tires, lockouts, jump starts, and towing, whether you're parked near Cincinnati Premium Outlets or exploring Hocking Hills. While this isn't traditional auto insurance, it removes the financial worry that stops most first-time renters. Pro tip: choose a higher-tier package for longer Ohio road trips, the small daily upgrade is worth it.
rvezy.com/insurance-and-protectionWhat if my plans change? Can I cancel my Montgomery RV booking?
Yes, you can cancel, and RVezy makes it low-risk to lock in your Montgomery RV trip. RVezy (not the host) sets the cancellation policy, and every booking includes a money-back grace period right after you book, giving you time to confirm dates, work schedules, or that big Cincinnati Reds game you wanted to plan around. Beyond the grace period, refunds depend on how far out your trip is and circumstances like severe weather or natural disasters, which Ohio occasionally sees with spring storms or winter weather. You'll find the full cancellation details in your booking confirmation. Pro tip: book early to lock in the best Montgomery hosts, then relax knowing you have a safety net if life shifts.
help.rvezy.com/hc/en-us/articles/360037736674-Understanding-the-cancellation-policy-for-guestsCan I bring my dog on a Montgomery, OH RV rental?

Just toggle the Pet-Friendly filter on RVezy and you'll see plenty of hosts who welcome dogs (and sometimes cats) for a small cleaning fee, usually $25 to $75. Montgomery itself is dog-loving territory, with leash-friendly trails at nearby Sycamore Park and Weller Park. East Fork State Park, about 40 minutes east, allows leashed pets on designated campsite loops and most trails. Pro tip: message your host before booking to confirm pet rules, then pack a collapsible water bowl, and Ohio's tick prevention is a must from April through October. Your pup will love the Cincinnati area's shady trails and creek crossings.
ohiodnr.gov/go-and-do/plan-a-visit/find-a-property/east-fork-state-parkCan the RV be delivered to my campground or driveway in Montgomery?
Yes, RV delivery Montgomery is one of the most popular options on RVezy, especially for first-time renters. Many local hosts will drive the RV to your home in Montgomery, Blue Ash, or Kenwood, or set it up directly at a campground like East Fork State Park, Stonelick State Park, or the Cincinnati NE KOA in Lebanon. They'll level the rig, hook up water and power, and walk you through every system before handing over the keys. Delivery fees typically run $2 to $4 per mile from the host's location. Pro tip: filter listings by Delivery and message the host with your campground site number, this turns your Montgomery RV trip into a true turn-key vacation with zero towing stress.
rvezy.com/rv-search?SearchAddress=Montgomery,%20OhioHow does mileage work, and how far can I travel from Montgomery?

Pro tip: map out your full route before booking and filter for unlimited-mileage listings if you're heading to Hocking Hills (about 130 miles) or Mammoth Cave, Kentucky (about 230 miles). Hosts appreciate accurate trip plans and often match the right rig to your route.

Ohio gas prices typically sit near the national average, with regular unleaded commonly in the $3 to $3.50 range in the Cincinnati metro and diesel often 20 to 40 cents higher. For a 300-mile weekend in a Class C, plan on roughly $90 to $130 in fuel.
