Mark has a beautifully maintained trailer that met all our needs. He showed these newbies all the switches and gauges. We were treated with a bin of snacks and a welcoming spirit. We did nothing but enjoy the trailer-Mark did the rest. Everything was functional, convenient, and pleasant. Our faves were the spacious shower, temp control, and comfy bed. You won’t be disappointed if you choose this host and his very homey space!

WOW!!! Like most people who have had the pleasure of renting from Mark & Pam, we wish we could give more stars! They went above and beyond every step of the way. We rented Aug 4 - Aug 6 for the Oregon Jamboree. We had friends who were camping nearby. Mark & Pam made it so we had our campsites together, held their spot and communicated the entire time. When we arrived our trailer was set up and beautifully decorated. A sweet gift basket with cool waters, snacks, a lovely note and fresh fruit from their orchard was waiting for us. Pam grabbed me and Mark grabbed my husband for a quick tutorial. In less than 10 minutes we knew everything we needed to enjoy their lovely and comfortable trailer for our event. Everything we needed was provided. When it was time for them to pick up the trailer, they were punctual and efficient. The condition of their trailer is like it is brand new. Comfortable bed, tastefully decorated, camp chairs, cooking utensils, games, bedding all provided. We started as guests, but with Pam and Mark, you leave having made new friends. We will always use them. If you are looking for an easy, laid back rental experience that is personally tailored for your needs, book with Mark and Pam.

Can I bring my dog on a Lebanon RV trip?

Yes, plenty of pet-friendly RV rentals in Lebanon are ready for your four-legged co-pilot. Just toggle the Pet-Friendly filter on RVezy and you'll see hosts who welcome dogs (and sometimes cats), with some asking a small cleaning fee or refundable pet deposit upfront. Lebanon is a fantastic dog town, Cheadle Lake Park has wide off-leash-friendly trails, River Park along the South Santiam River is perfect for a morning walk, and most county campgrounds like Waterloo and Sunnyside allow leashed pets at the site. Pro tip: pack a tie-out, a collapsible water bowl, and book a campground loop near a grassy buffer so your pup has space to stretch after the drive.

Can the RV be delivered to my campsite in Lebanon?

Yes, RV delivery in Lebanon is one of the easiest ways to start your trip, especially if it's your first time renting an RV. Many RVezy hosts will tow or drive the rig directly to a campground like Gill's Landing RV Park, Waterloo County Park, or Sunnyside Park on Foster Lake, then level it, hook up power and water, and walk you through every system. That means no towing anxiety, no backing into a tight site, and no learning curve. Delivery fees usually scale with distance, expect a flat setup fee plus a per-mile charge that's clearly listed on each listing. Pro tip: book delivery to a county park and you'll have a turnkey cabin on wheels waiting for you.

What are the best campgrounds near Lebanon, OR?

You've got some gems within 20 minutes of town. Waterloo County Park, about 5 miles southeast, offers 120 sites with water and electric along a mile of riverfront plus an 18-hole disc golf course. Sunnyside Park on Foster Lake (operating April through October) is ideal for swimming and boating. Just a bit farther, River Bend County Park sits on the South Santiam, and Silver Falls State Park (about an hour north) wraps you in old-growth forest and ten waterfalls. Pro tip: book Linn County parks on the official reservation site up to 9 months ahead for summer weekends.

When is the best time to rent an RV in Lebanon, Oregon?

The sweet spot for RV camping in Lebanon runs June through September, when daytime highs sit in a comfortable 75 to 85°F range, rainfall is minimal (August averages under half an inch), and daylight stretches up to 15 hours. July and August are the driest, sunniest months, and locals know late June and early September deliver similar weather with fewer crowds and lower nightly rates. Spring (April to May) brings lush green valleys and blooming wineries with some rain showers, while October offers golden vineyards and crisp mornings. Pro tip: Lebanon's Strawberry Festival in early June draws big crowds, book your RV at least 8 weeks ahead if you want to attend.

I've never driven an RV before. Will I be okay?

You'll be just fine, first time renting an RV is the most common scenario on RVezy, and Lebanon is a forgiving place to start. Your host gives you a full walkthrough at pickup covering driving, leveling, hookups, slide-outs, propane, and water systems, and they're a text away during your trip. Lebanon's grid of flat valley streets and easy access to Highway 20 and Highway 34 mean you can build confidence before tackling Santiam Pass or coastal Highway 101. Want zero driving stress? Choose delivery and skip the wheel entirely. Pro tip: start with a Class B campervan or a smaller 24-foot Class C motorhome rental in Lebanon, they drive much like a large van and parking is a breeze.
oregon.gov/odot/Safety/Pages/index.aspx

What happens if the RV breaks down during my trip?

You're never on your own. Every RVezy booking includes 24/7 roadside assistance through the renter protection plan, so help is one phone call away whether you're parked at Gill's Landing or climbing Santiam Pass on Highway 20. Roadside covers flat tires, dead batteries, lockouts, fuel delivery, and towing to the nearest qualified shop. Your host is also a direct contact for any quirks specific to their rig, and RVezy support is reachable before, during, and after every trip. Pro tip: snap a few photos of the RV at pickup, note the location of the spare tire and breakers during your walkthrough, and save the roadside number in your phone before leaving Lebanon.

Can I take my Lebanon RV rental out of state or across the border?

Yes, an RV road trip from Lebanon to Washington, Idaho, California, or even British Columbia is allowed on most RVezy listings, and the renter protection plan covers travel across U.S. state lines and into Canada when the host approves the route. Just message the host directly from the listing before booking to confirm your destinations. Travel to Mexico is not allowed on RVezy rentals because protection coverage does not extend there. Popular routes from Lebanon include the Oregon Coast loop via Newport (about 70 miles west), the Cascades to Bend (about 120 miles east), Redwoods National Park (around 300 miles south), and Mount Rainier (about 230 miles north). Pro tip: cross-border travelers should carry a passport and confirm host permission in writing through RVezy messaging.
help.rvezy.com/hc/en-us/articles/360039340074-Insurance-coverage-validity

How much should I budget for fuel on a Lebanon RV trip?

Easy to plan for. Oregon gas prices typically run a bit above the national average, and most RVs near Lebanon get between 8 and 14 miles per gallon depending on size. A Class B campervan rental in Lebanon averages 18 to 22 MPG, a Class C motorhome lands around 10 to 12 MPG, and larger Class A rigs sit closer to 7 to 9 MPG. For a roughly 240-mile weekend loop to Bend and back, budget around $80 to $130 in fuel for a mid-size motorhome. Fun fact: Oregon long required attendants to pump gas, and as of 2023 self-service is now legal statewide. Pro tip: top off at the Costco in Albany, 12 miles north, for some of the lowest fuel prices in the area.
gasprices.aaa.com/state-gas-price-averages/

How far in advance should I book a campground near Lebanon?

Sooner is smarter, but you've got options. Oregon State Parks like Silver Falls and Detroit Lake open reservations 6 months in advance through the official Oregon State Parks reservation system, and summer weekends often sell out within hours of the window opening. Linn County parks (Waterloo, River Bend, Sunnyside) take reservations through linnparks.com. Gill's Landing RV Park inside Lebanon city limits accepts advance bookings with a minimum lead time. Private RV parks like Mallard Creek typically book up 1 to 2 months ahead for July and August. Pro tip: midweek nights (Sunday through Wednesday) almost always have last-minute openings, perfect for a spontaneous Lebanon RV trip.
oregonstateparks.reserveamerica.com/

What are driving conditions like around Lebanon, OR?

Generally relaxed and very RV-friendly. Lebanon sits at just 351 feet elevation in the flat Willamette Valley, so local roads are wide, easy, and free of steep grades. The two main routes, Highway 20 east toward the Cascades and Highway 34 west to Corvallis, are well-maintained with generous shoulders. Heading east on Highway 20 over Santiam Pass (4,817 feet) brings switchbacks and snow zones from November through April, so check TripCheck.com before you leave and carry chains in winter. I-5 is just 12 miles west via Highway 34 if you're heading to Portland or Eugene. Pro tip: avoid Highway 20 westbound on summer Sunday evenings, beach-return traffic from Newport can crawl.
tripcheck.com/

What amenities will I find at campgrounds near Lebanon?

You'll be set up for comfort. Most campgrounds near Lebanon, OR offer full hookups (water, 30/50-amp electric, and sewer), flush restrooms, hot showers, and potable water fill stations. Gill's Landing has 20 full-hookup concrete pads with Wi-Fi and cable, Waterloo County Park provides water and electric plus a dump station, and Mallard Creek Golf and RV Resort offers 43 full-hookup pull-thru sites that fit big rigs. Need to dump tanks on the way home? The Lebanon Pilot Travel Center and most Linn County parks operate public dump stations for a small fee. Pro tip: fill your freshwater tank before leaving the campground, valley well water tastes great and saves you a refill stop on the road.
linnparks.com/waterloo-park

What's inside the RVs I can rent in Lebanon?

More than you'd expect. Most motorhome and travel trailer rentals in Lebanon come fully equipped with a queen or king bed, convertible dinette and sofa beds (typical sleeps 4 to 8), a full kitchen with fridge/freezer, propane stove, microwave, sink, and cookware, plus a wet or dry bathroom with a hot shower. Climate control includes roof A/C and propane furnace, and many rigs include a TV, Bluetooth stereo, outdoor speakers, an awning, and a generator or solar setup for off-grid stays. Wi-Fi hotspots and bike racks are common add-ons. Every seat used while driving has a seatbelt. Pro tip: filter by sleeps count and amenities on RVezy to match the rig to your group before you book.
rvezy.com/rv-search?SearchAddress=Lebanon%2C%20Oregon

What add-ons and pickup options should I know about?

Hosts in Lebanon make it easy to customize. Popular add-ons include camp chairs and tables ($10 to $25/trip), bedding and linen packages ($25 to $60), kitchen kits, bike racks, generators, propane fills, paddleboards, and Starlink or Wi-Fi hotspots. Pickup is usually at the host's home in or near Lebanon, often within a short drive of downtown, and delivery to campgrounds like Gill's Landing or Sunnyside Park is offered by many hosts for a flat fee plus mileage. Mileage policies typically include 100 to 150 free miles per night, with unlimited-mileage rigs clearly marked. Pro tip: bundle delivery, setup, and a linen package on your first trip, you'll arrive to a made bed and a turnkey RV with zero stress.
rvezy.com/rv-search?SearchAddress=Lebanon%2C%20Oregon

How does payment and the security deposit work?

Simple and secure. You pay through RVezy's platform with a credit or debit card, never directly to the host, which keeps your booking protected. Your total includes the nightly rate, RVezy service fee, your chosen renter protection plan, and any add-ons or delivery, all shown upfront before you confirm. A refundable security deposit is placed as a temporary hold on your card before pickup and released after a clean return, separate from your booking payment. To avoid any deductions, do a quick walkaround photo set at pickup and return, empty the black and grey tanks, and refill fuel and propane as the host requests. Pro tip: returning the RV clean and on time earns you strong host reviews that help with future bookings.

Can I rent an RV in Lebanon during winter?

Yes, winter RV rentals in Lebanon are available, and the Willamette Valley's mild winter climate (December highs around 47°F, lows around 34°F, with only occasional light snow at valley elevation) makes it one of the more comfortable cold-season RV destinations in the Pacific Northwest. Look for rigs marked as four-season or with heated holding tanks, enclosed underbellies, and shore-power hookups, then book a campground with full hookups like Gill's Landing or Mallard Creek Golf and RV Resort so you stay warm and topped up. Avoid Santiam Pass after major snowstorms unless you have chains. Pro tip: a January family RV trip in Lebanon means quieter campgrounds, storm-watching on the coast about 70 miles west, and prices well below summer rates.
