He walked me through every portion of the trailer and allowed me to come in advance to ensure I knew how to operate everything. The cleanliness of the camper was above par! They had everything one could need on a camping trip and all I had to bring was food and clothes - they took care of everything else (e.g., linens, towels, soap, dishes, etc.). Easy, relaxing experience!
