It was my families first time renting and staying in a trailer. We had the best time! Svetlana responded quickly to my many questions. I really appreciated the check in messages to make sure our trip/experience was going well, and of course the the stocked linens, towels, condiments etc that were super convenient. Overall a really great experience!
