Campgrounds and RV parks near Washington Boro, PA

Washington Boro sits along the lower Susquehanna River in Manor Township, Lancaster County, Pennsylvania. The village anchors a stretch of river country that draws RV travellers for waterfront camping, birding on the Conejohela Flats, and easy access to Lancaster's Amish farmland. Sites cluster on both banks of the river, giving renters a choice between Lancaster County resorts on the east side and quieter York County riverfront properties across the water. On the Lancaster side, Circle M RV and Camping Resort offers a large family resort setup close to Lancaster city, while Pequea Creek Campground and Tucquan Park Family Campground sit near the river gorge south of town. Bainbridge Rock Quarry Campground lies upriver toward Marietta. Across the river in York County, Otter Creek Campground borders both the Susquehanna and Otter Creek on a wooded parcel with hookups. Most properties are private, seasonal, and geared to RV renters with families. Lancaster city services, groceries, and dump stations are within a short drive of every listed campground.

Private campgrounds in the Washington Boro area handle their own reservations rather than using a central platform. Otter Creek Campground accepts reservation requests for the upcoming season after January 1, and bookings begin with an inquiry form, which does not confirm the stay until a staff member follows up to finalize the reservation. Expect standard private-park policies: a one-night deposit at booking and a three-night minimum with full payment for holiday weekends. Cancellation typically requires about a week of notice, with a handling fee applied to refunds. Circle M RV and Camping Resort, Pequea Creek Campground, Bainbridge Rock Quarry Campground, and Tucquan Park Family Campground each publish their own booking pages. For summer weekends and any holiday, reserve two to three months out. Big-rig pull-through sites and riverfront sites go first.
