This small, lightweight 2021 Coleman Lantern LT 17B, comes with features that meet all your camping needs including electric heater fireplace, backup camera, electric hitch lift, TV with DVD player & Roku. Its 21.42 feet long, 8 feet wide, 9.75 feet height and 2986 pounds. There are three holding tanks, fresh water (27 gals), gray water (28 gals), & black water (28 gals). Outside: Single LP tank, a battery, manual stabilizer jacks, 10 ft power awning, storage compartment, power outlet, electric hitch lift, and city & fresh water connections. Inside: It has a nice openness to the unit, queen bed upfront with storage underneath and shelving above the bed. A quiet wall mounted 8000 BTU air conditioner are right above the queen bed. As you turn around, the dinette with two storages under the two dinette cushions, a large window and a cabinet up above are at the right. Dinette can be lowered and converted into sleeping area for up to 2 people. At the left, it is the kitchen, there's a decent amount of countertop space, single base sink, a big window, two burner cooktop with a couple storage drawers below, and storage cabinet above the window as well. Our Trailer gives us the opportunity to spend quality time out in nature camping, with all the comforts of home. The interior is roomy and convenient. There's plenty of sleeping and living space to enjoy. The kitchen is well equipped, including a large pantry and fridge. Even the bathroom is accommodating to plus sized folks! Outside we have camp chairs and a nice propane fire pit. We provide a folding table with a table top burner if you'd rather cook outside. There's also a 6 x 9 rug to help keep the dust down and an outdoor shower for "pre-cleaning". Our trailer would also make a great "spare bedroom" for company, or an amazing base camp for exploring the wonders around this area.

WHAT'S INCLUDED IN YOUR BOOKING Included with your rental are the following: - Full propane tanks, on the tongue to run the stove/oven and heater. - Fitted sheets, comforters, and pillows for the bunkbeds and the murphy queen bed. Bring your own sheets for the dinette bed, if needed. - Towels for 4 - 2 adult and 1 kid size camping chair - Dishes and utensils for 4, plus wine/bottle opener - Pots and pans - basically 1 of each For deliveries to dry campsites, we'll deliver with a full tank of fresh water (43 gallons), and will provide instructions for refilling the tank. RECOMMENDATIONS If you're dry camping (campsites without electrical hookups), we highly recommend adding our generator to your booking so that you can use the AC outlets, microwave, and air conditioning. If those three aren't needed, the included batteries and solar panel should be fine to power the water pump, water heater, lights, furnace, etc. We do NOT recommend drinking from the taps in the trailer, even though a filter is included. Campsites may have unknown water quality so it's best to bring bottled water for drinking, and use the sink/shower for washing dishes, showering, etc. We also offer add-ons to your booking: - Propane fire ring with a full 20lb propane tank - No more smelling like a campfire your whole trip. - 2-person inflatable kayaks (we have two available) - Large outdoor mat - Great for dirt/unpaved sites. RULES - No deliveries to Mexico or to Ocotillo Wells or other desert locations. Sorry! - No smoking or vaping inside the trailer. - Dogs allowed but please no puppies! Dogs always triple the cleaning time for us so there is a $50 extra cleaning fee for dogs. - Trailer must be returned reasonably clean. Dished must be washed! If the trailer is left in very bad condition and we need to spend extra time cleaning it, we'll have to charge an extra $100 fee. In 2+ years of renting, we've never had to charge this fee to a renter :) - You're welcome to use the powered awning, but it is at your own risk. We'll show you how to extend/retract it, so it's your responsibility to make sure to put it away in heavy winds to avoid expensive damage. - $75 dump fee if your campsite doesn't have either sewer hookups or an onsite dump station for emptying the holding tanks. - $100 late fee will be assessed if renter is more than 30 minutes late to an agreed upon meeting time.
***This RV is for delivery and set up only.*** The Salem 263BHXL has an awesome floor plan. The storage is incredible with no wasted space. This RV can sleep 10 if two people are children the top bunk has a weight limit of 250 lbs. RV king in the front bedroom, with storage under the bed, double bed bunk in the back and the Versa sofa dinette which fold down into 2 queen beds in the living area. The outside entrance to the bathroom is also another great feature. In the living area you will find a fireplace with changing colors, sound bar and a large TV. Larger refrigerator and nice sized pantry to house all your food and beverages. Outdoor kitchen with fridge and griddle add to our favorite things about the RV. Welcome to the Baby Catalina! This roomy and lightweight camper is great for families of 2-4 or 5 if you don't mind the jacknife sofa, with full amenities to enjoy a week or weekend of camping fun! Easy to tow, we provide a 10"adjustable hitch. If you do not want to pull with your vehicle we will deliver and setup the unit for you! This is a brand new 2024 with east/west Queen bed, bunk beds and jacknife sofa. We have added 2"foam toppers to the beds for extra comfort. Please supply your own linens,blankets, towels and pillows. The kitchen offers a deep sink, microwave and 2 burner propane stove. Plenty of storage for the paper products your supply but we do also have camping plates, bowls, mugs and silverware for 8. In addition we provide a Kuerig coffee machine and 2-slice toaster. The bathroom is equipped with toilet, shower, mirror, shelf and electric. We supply some TP. We have added wall nets to the bunks for anyone to store their cell phone, tablet, games, books and more. All needed setup supplies are provided and we include a propane gas camping stove for outside cooking. We provide two camping chairs but other additions are available for a fee such as folding table, solo stove, additional chairs, kindling, firewood, 1lb. propane tanks for the outside grill, generator, bike rack, 63 quart cooler and more. The awning is equipped with a multicolored LED light strip, inside and outside speakers for the Bluetooth JBL sound system and all can be controlled from your phone. The TV is mounted at the queen bed and cable is available. We provide many services to make your experience what you want. Delivery, setup, teardown, black tank dump, cleaning and a full instruction and walk around are all available for the appropriate fee. Other things to note; No Smoking, No Festivals, kindly be aware that any violation of these rules may result in a fee deducted from your security deposit. New 2022 travel trailer under 4,000lbs! I’m loving this trailer more every day, the bunks and queen bed give plenty of room for the family without having the extra weight of slides to tow! Trailer was recently updated to carry two propane tanks instead of one for use on longer stays!
