Equipped with 2 - 24" smart tvs, Towels (6), linens, toilet paper, dishes, pots and pans, 3 top burner stove, oven, fold out chairs, propane grill, grilling utensils, indoor/outdoor radio with bluetooth, and an outdoor shower.
The RV is about 26 ft. which make it very convenient in most parking lots. It comes with a solar panel that can power up all 3 TVs, water pump, lighting and fans without using a power source. Additional a 30 amp generator (4000 omni) and propane heat pump are included. The RV is self balanced with push-button jack and automatically adjusts for set up. There is also a private bedroom and full bath. The sleeping areas include a 12 inch queen bed, a full size bed and 2 twin size beds. Free Wi-Fi included. You may park your car in my driveway for free.
Terrific getaway to unplug and get off that screen. No zoom meetings, no slack chats...just a little fresh air. Can fit 8, but just right for couples or groups up to 6. The rig is great for families (we have 2 kids - 3yo and 6yo). They love cooking by the campfires and jumping in mud puddles for hours on end. Large enough to have some space, but not unwieldy like a bus. Runs on gas so can pull into any gas station (though a larger gas station is preferred). Has a complete self-leveling system and onboard generator that runs off the regular gas tank. Located in Winchester VA, driving distance to any of the historic battlefields in Pennsylvania (Gettysburg is a great one) to the beautiful mountains of western VA and West Virginia. Beach trip? The 263BHS is a classic family bunk house floorplan. Plenty of sleeping is provided by a queen bed in the private master bedroom, two spacious double-over-double bunk beds, as well as our extra-large U-shaped dinette and jiffy bed sofa. Well thought-out features including the easy view angled entertainment center, generous kitchen pantry and standard outside camp kitchen. Additional storage spaces include the under-bunk cubby and floor-to-ceiling closet in the master bedroom.

We know, because we took this camper on a five-week trip of a lifetime to the national parks in Utah, with many sight-seeing stops along the way. The sliding side door has a heavy-duty drop-down bug screen, making entry and exit easy with a magnetic closure. Simplicity is fun to drive. She is equally at home in urban traffic, interstate highways, or winding roads in the countryside. Small enough to fit into a parking space at the grocery store, but large enough to provide all the amenities that two people need for a camping trip. You might call it glamping, a form of camping with accommodations and amenities not associated with traditional tent camping. Most times, we have not focused on the creature comforts, but on the amazing opportunity to visit places where we connect with the beauty of the natural world. It has a TV in the living room and it has a DVD player and AM/FM radio with blue tooth capabilities and speakers that play either inside/outside or both. It has LED lighting under the automatic awning. It has an automatic slide out where the table and couch are located. It will come equipped with outdoor rugs, zero gravity chairs, folding tables, a 17 inch table top blackstone gas griddle, blankets, sheets, towels, pots and pans and cooking utensils. This camper is just the perfect size, at 31 ft. it’s not too big and not too small. It features room to sleep 8 (including private master), full size bunk beds, as well as convertible couch and dinette. The master has lots of storage with dual closets, bins under the queen bed, and a shelf above. Rounding out this room are built in nightstands on both sides and smart TV. Super comfy dinette and couch seating in the main living area give a perfect view of another smart TV, fireplace, or outdoor scenery through the large windows. The bunk bed area separates with a curtain and has both individual lighting and USB ports on each level. The kitchen features double sinks, large fridge, 3 burner stove, oven, microwave, a spacious pantry, and is stocked with cooking essentials. The bathroom with shower has its own door from outside for easy access to clean up after outdoor activities. Outside you will find a large retractable awning, outdoor speakers, a small fridge, and built in griddle. Linens are supplied so basically everything you need for your getaway is already on board awaiting your adventure!

Our camper’s small size and rooftop solar panel allow it to go (and stay) most anywhere. Interior space is optimized with it’s fold up Murphy bed. It hides behind a couch with dual foot rests during the day and at night easily flips down into a comfy full size bed with night stand space and closet storage on either side. Additionally, the double bench dinette doubles as another bed. The kitchen comes complete with fridge, microwave, 3 burner stove/oven, large sink, and flip up tabletop for more prep space. The back end of this camper boasts a large bathroom with a large linen closet, toilet, sink w/medicine cabinet, shower, and even a small tub. Sound system and Smart TV can be seen and heard from most anywhere. The sound system can also be played outside while sitting under the large awning or cooking on the detachable outdoor griddle. This unit really has it all and is perfect for boondocking!!
This 5th wheel has a master bedroom with a queen bed, wardrobe, and master bathroom. There is also a bunk room with a set of bunk beds and one single bed. The dinette can be used for a bed as well. There is a half bath located near the bunk room. Linens and towels are provided as well. The kitchen comes fully stocked with everything for cooking. The outdoor kitchen includes a sink and small fridge. It’s like a small home on wheels! Pick a campground or other area (i.e. private land, etc.) and we will deliver and setup everything for you! This camper is the perfect camper to get away with family whether it's for the weekend or a week! One of the amazing things about this rv is the room it is equipped with a master bedroom and full size bedroom in the front. Then in the middle is your spacious kitchen in living room with a dining room table and a pullout couch! The rear is equipped with bunk beds it has a full bed on the bottom and a twin bed on top! Every room is equipped with brand new smart tvs! My favorite part is outside the rv which has a pull out Blackstone grille with a fridge right beside of it and outdoor speakers to listen to the radio and enjoy the outdoors!
