The RV had no issues and anytime we forgot or weren't sure about how something operated Sunil was always available to text, chat and FaceTime. He even walked us through emptying the toilet tank by video call ! I wouldn't hesitate to rent from Sunil again.

We had a fantastic experience renting this RV! The host was absolutely great to deal with—gracious, welcoming, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. From start to finish, they were responsive to all our questions, whether via text or phone call, even while we were on the road. Their timely communication and resourcefulness really stood out and gave us peace of mind during the trip. They also went above and beyond to accommodate several of our (mostly last-minute) requests without hesitation. Highly recommend this rental and host to anyone looking for a smooth and enjoyable RV adventure!

We rented this RV to host some friends from out of town on a trip through BC and would gladly rent this again in the future. Peng was very easy to work with, communication was great and his walkthrough of the features and how to use the RV was top notch. The RV is very roomy when the slide outs are out, and comforably fit all 6 of us adults on our trip. The generator worked flawlessly and allowed us to camp where there were no additional facilities available, and the shower is large enough for adults to get ready comfortably. We had some minor issues with some of the systems because of the age of the motorhome, Peng addressed them all with professionalism and was a great host. It pulled the mountain hills with ease and was a great way to tour and explore BC.

We were a little hesitant to complete the reservation after reading the 1 star review - but we're glad we did. AVERY must have hired cleaners because the unit was very clean and there was fresh bedding, blankets, and towels waiting for us. As a fellow business owner, sometimes it takes a bad review to really look at things. And they did! Our trip was enjoyable and fully stocked with everything a person needs when travelling away from home. While driving the RV, a piece of the slide-out trim came loose and fell onto the screen door: tearing a hole in the mesh. They were very gracious and worked with us when returning the RV. AVERY has a 5 star host review in our opinion and we will be back.
