2023 Jayco Class CShadi and Troy are great to work with. They are great communicators and responsive. Prior to to the trip they provide a 10 page brief overview of the RV. The RV itself was clean and easy to drive. There was an issue with the leveling jacks on our trip and Troy drove down personally the next day and fixed the issue after he attempted to resolve the problem over the phone. Troy is very easy going and friendly. Highly recommend renting from them. They will be my 1st call next time I need a RV for a trip.

He’s an RV enthusiast himself, and it shows in how well the trailer is equipped and maintained. The RV was extremely clean, well stocked, and everything worked exactly as advertised. Russ was great to work with from start to finish—very responsive, knowledgeable, and available to help with any questions or issues along the way.
