Ramsey delivered and picked up for our family and was easily reachable when we had questions after getting settled in on our first night. The RV was clean and very comfortable, we paid extra to have bedding and the pillows and blankets were very nice and warm. We thoroughly enjoyed our trip, Patrick and Mike were excellent to deal with, the RV was in excellent shape, they explained all the functionality and provided YouTube videos we could reference if needed which helped. Communications were also excellent, we had a couple questions and they responded immediately. Based on our experience, we would definitely rent again and highly recommend this RV.
