Where do I start?
After meeting Matt & listening to his explanations, I knew we had made the right decision.
He throughly explained the features of the RV, and even hooked the rig up to my truck! Inside, everything was as advertised; linens, dishes, seasonings, you name it. I was even treated with some special Kcups.
During our trip, Matt was available & we were able to communicate. On the return, Nate was there to bail me out.
I cannot recommend the Portzen trailer experience enough, and trust that you too, will make truly incredible memories.
The Rolling Duchess , hosted by Yvette & family, was the perfect option for our family gathering during spring break .
From the onset , Yvette was able to accommodate us , even after my booking error. The RV was stylish , had everything we needed & more . It was very comfortable. The RV was supplied with all kitchen utensils, towels , cleaners , same for the bathroom. A nice little welcome gift on the table as well.
Delivery & hookup was fast , and a welcome outdoor rug placed to the entry .. making the RV very welcoming. 5 star service!!
We will rent from Yvette again, definitely & the pricepoint, better than a hotel for a week .
