The batteries went bad at 830pm, I called Oscar to ask him about it and he said give him an hour and he would be there. Oscar arrived at my camp site, switched the batteries out and we were back up and running in 20 minutes and enjoyed the rest of our trip with no issues. Great customer service!

We had a fantastic experience renting this RV trailer from Rhonda for our family trip to Carpinteria State Beach. Rhonda was a great host and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process — from answering all our questions beforehand to making sure we had everything we needed for a smooth check-in. The RV was in great shape and perfectly equipped with everything we needed. It was just what we needed and ideal for our family of four (two adults and two kids). The layout was comfortable, the kitchen had all the essentials, and there was plenty of space for everyone to sleep and relax after a day at the beach. We loved our stay at Carpinteria State Beach — the location was convenient and the RV made it feel like home away from home. Highly recommend this rental!

Working with Ryan was a wonderful experience and I would absolutely recommend renting through him. His communication was top-notch: he was prompt with his replies and he answered all my questions thoroughly. The RV was delivered and picked-up without issue and everything was ready for us upon our arrival; Ryan made it SO easy.
