We had a great experience with Rich and his beautiful trailer for our May long weekend camping trip at Sproat Lake. He was a fast communicator which I appreciated and made it so we had a seamless little holiday. My kids loved the bunkbeds and I loved the comfy queen bed. We had an awesome weekend with the 18’ Forest River "Island Vibe" trailer! It was clean, well-designed, comfortable, and the perfect size for my wife, son, and me. It tows beautifully, and both pickup and drop-off were seamless. Jed was fantastic to deal with and highly communicative. His video tutorial was incredibly helpful, making us feel completely confident operating everything. All around an awesome experience—we will definitely be booking with Jed again!

This was our very first time using RV EZY and it was sooo easy, the trailer was fully stocked with everything we could have needed for the weekend and more. Communication was a breeze and I was really impressed with the battery life as we camped with no hook ups for 3 nights and everything stayed charged and fully functional! Couldn’t have asked better experience. Flexible pick up and drop off and explanations on all of the functions was perfect.

Richard was fantastic to deal with, and the equipment was excellent. The trailer was spotless and felt like new. We’re experienced RV users, and one common challenge—especially at off‑grid/provincial campsites—is power. This trailer is equipped with a high-end LiFePO₄ and generator. On our first day it was 29°C, so we tested the air conditioning, which runs smoothly while the generator is operating and charging the batteries. We spent six nights camping and had zero power/battery issues, despite very minimal generator use. The extra seating, outdoor ground cover, table, drying rack, and other thoughtful extras were a lovely bonus. Delivery process was painless. We couldn’t be happier with our experience and would absolutely recommend this rental.
