My husband & I had a great campaign weekend away with Jose’s RV! He was responsive to questions and made check-in & drop-off seamless. The RV itself was easy to drive and relatively easy to use, with the help the owners manual & Jose quick answers any questions during our trip. There were a couple kitchen items not provided per the description (like a sponge for the sink, large disposable plates), so would recommend brining extra! Overall, we had a great trip & would rent again!

The Mercedes RV had supplies for cooking and the bed was comfortable. The gas mileage was also good.

Oscar made this whole experience so easy. We booked the trailer as holiday accomodations for my husband, me, and our dog in the driveway of my parent's (tiny!) house. Oscar set the trailer up before our arrival and picked it up after we left. The trailer itself is terrific, with a cozy double bed and two bunks. My nieces loved to hang out in the trailer and watch DVDs while Grandpa watched his football in the house, and it was great to be able to shower in the trailer instead of waiting for 8 others to finish showering in the main house! It was stormy and windy during our trip, but we were very cozy in the trailer. We'll definitely book again in the future, and my nieces want to "sleep over" in the trailer too next time!

This was our first RV experience and we're not much of a camper. James streamlined this experience as easy and smooth as possible. We bought an add-on for dumping all tanks and refilling fuel--i think this was worth paying extra $35 for not having to deal with gross stuff. From what I hear, you still have to pay $15-25 to dump the tanks ourselves. Any struggle we've encountered on the camping trip was partly due to our lack of experience with RV and camping in general. I also want to point out that James didn't nickel and dime on the use of generator/water/mileage/propane gas. He filled all of them up prior to the trip and we used as much as we wanted.
