Mikhail was very accommodating. I showed up one day before my reservation because I had accidentally booked my trip on the wrong days. Mikhail was really easy going and flexible. He had no issue moving the reservation 1 day earlier. 5 stars for customer service.

The van was great and the entire process was smooth and easy. As a first timer it was easy to drive and set-up/manage at camp sites. Anthony was extremely quick to respond to random questions I had. We didn’t have a single issue and would rent again.

The RV is meticulously maintained and well supported both before the trip and during the trip. We really appreciated how clean and usable all aspects of the RV are. Everything worked and any questions I had were solved either in the video the hosts graciously provided or by asking in the app (they responded quickly every time).

Marvin was very communicative and set up everything needed for the rental. We were using it for family to sleep as there wasn’t enough beds or floor space for all the family. Those that stayed in it said the water and heat worked perfectly. And, the beds were very comfortable. He had many lengths of hose and extension cords available, so he was able to set it up with my very distant outlet and faucet. I would definitely rent from Marvin again.
