We had a fantastic experience with Matt’s camper! From the very beginning, communication was clear and responsive. Matt provided great video tutorials that made setup, using the heater, and everything else super easy. When I had a quick question during the trip, he called me back within minutes. He was incredibly kind and friendly throughout the whole process. The camper smelled fresh and clean when we entered, and the sheets were spotless. He also went above and beyond by including extra supplies, which really came in handy. What stood out the most was how flexible he was with pickup and drop-off—he really made it convenient for us.
