All Inclusive 2020 Jayco Like new well maintained Jayflight 30ft camper. Delivery and set up on your rented site to the Quemahoming dam is free for a 4 night rental. $50.00 for less than 4 nights. Bring your sleeping bags, food and personal items. Outdoor kitchen, Sheets, blankets, towels and some pillows are supplied with the camper if needed. Also Included are chairs, silverware (plastic and paper} along with standard cooking items. Keurig, teapot, waffle maker (if plugged into power) hot dog and mountain pie maker, small tables, and all necessary items for Electric, sewage and water hookups. (sorry, no generator available at this time) Leveling blocks towing stabilizing hitch. Tow vehicle will need be equipped with trailer brake. NO SMOKING in this RV PETS: I do allow trained pets but please no grooming or messes inside. If any damage or excess hair I will have to deduct from the security deposit to cover repairs, replacements, or cleaning. I just ask to return it in as good of a condition as it was upon arrival. Very easy to haul dry weight is 1620 so can be towed with any small suv or mid size car very roomy inside. Comes with some cooking utensils and bed linen. Can be completely self contained with a 25 gal. fresh water tank, propane for refrigerator and furnace to keep warm,and low voltage led lights comes with cook top 2 burner stove inside and gas grill ouside.

Enjoy all the comforts of home while camping. Trailer is in excellent condition. It’s a 4 season camper includes propane heat for colder months and A/C for summer months. Front end has queen master bedroom with connecting bathroom. Bunkhouse in rear that sleeps 3 with plenty of drawers for storage. 1 slide out with dinning and couch. Living room has tv, electric fireplace and couch that pulls out to bed. Kitchen comes equipped with fridge/freezer, stovetop, oven, and microwave. The fridge runs off gas and electric. The camper also comes with 2 solar panels that will run some lights and outlets.
