Rob was a great guy who got us out of a jam when our reservation with someone else fell through at the last minute. The trailer was almost brand new and very clean. Linens are also nice and the kitchen was remarkably well!

Frequently asked questions about renting an RV in Chester, MA
How much does an RV rental in Chester, MA typically cost?
RV rental in Chester, MA is genuinely affordable compared to coastal Massachusetts hotspots. On RVezy, travel trailers in the Berkshire Hilltowns generally range from about $90 to $200 per night, Class C motorhomes from $175 to $325 per night, and Class A motorhomes from $225 to $450 per night. Because Chester sits in the quieter foothills west of Springfield, you'll often find better rates than near Cape Cod or Boston. To save more, book midweek (Sunday through Thursday), travel in late September as foliage begins, or sort listings by price. Pro tip: a 5 to 7 night booking often unlocks weekly discounts from hosts in Western Massachusetts.
rvezy.com/rv-search?SearchAddress=Chester,MassachusettsWhat license do I need to rent an RV in Chester, MA?
Good news: a regular driver's license is all you need to rent an RV in Chester, MA. Massachusetts does not require a Commercial Driver's License (CDL) or any special RV endorsement for the Class A, Class C, campervan, and travel trailer rentals available on RVezy. Approved drivers on RVezy are generally 25 or older with a valid license, and ID verification is handled quickly through the platform during booking. Visiting from abroad? Bring an International Driving Permit (IDP) from your home auto association along with your home country license. Most first-time renters are surprised how straightforward the licensing side is.

Yes, every RV rental in Chester, MA booked through RVezy includes a renter protection plan plus 24/7 roadside assistance, so you can drive the Mass Pike or wind through the Berkshire foothills with confidence. The plan covers eligible damage to the RV during your trip and is backed by RVezy support before, during, and after your booking. For first-time renters, this is what makes booking an RV in Chester feel low-risk.

Booking your RV rental in Chester, MA is lower-risk than most travelers expect because RVezy (not individual hosts) sets the cancellation policy. The policy includes a money-back grace period right after booking, and the refund amount depends on how far in advance you cancel relative to your trip start date. The full cancellation terms are outlined in the RVezy Help Center and applied to every booking, so you know exactly where you stand. If a host cancels on you, RVezy issues a refund or travel credit. Lock in your dates now and refine your route to Chester-Blandford State Forest later.
