We rented the RV with 2 adults and 3 kids. It was PERFECT! The RV even smelled really nice. Super cute sheets and blankets, well stocked kitchen (we had most of our own camping gear but used some of what was provided). We stayed in a no hookup campground, so we used the generators for a few things. It wouldn’t be great for spending a lot of time in- tight squeeze! But when it rained at our campsite for 5 hours! we were glad to be inside playing games and reading. Other than that we spend most of our time outside and just slept and showered in the RV. Samantha was an amazing host! She set everything up perfectly and was very hospitable! We would definitely rent again! Everything worked perfectly, and the extra table and 5 chairs were so great to have!

Seymour is a true four-season destination, but the sweet spots are April to early June (wildflower season in the Smokies, 60 to 80F) and mid-September to early November (legendary fall foliage, crisp 50 to 75F days). Summer is beautiful but humid with highs in the upper 80s, and afternoon thunderstorms are common, so plan drives for mornings. Winter is mild at lower elevations (30s to 50s), and many campgrounds stay open year-round, making a quiet, cozy Smokies RV trip very doable.
