This was my family’s first time using an RV. Nick made everything so easy for us! First - the RV itself is great - very clean and spacious. It fit our family of four very comfortably with plenty of room to spare. Second - Nick was so helpful throughout the process. He sent us a plethora of videos on how to use all the features of the RV. That made the process seamless throughout for someone like me who has never done it before. The communication with Nick was also very easy and he is quick to respond. Highly recommend and if we rent an RV again it will be through Nick.
