Nichole is great and very responsive. My family of 5 really enjoyed our 5 day trip to Southern Utah. The layout can hold more people than what we had, but we enjoyed having more space. Despite the 32 ft it really does drive well and the reverse camera is very helpful. The new radio interface has Carplay which is a nice feature. The linens were comfortable (and included) and the the RV is nicely equipped with all the necessary things. The check out process was easy and I appreciated the flexible check-in and checkout times that you would not otherwise get from a formal rental company. I would rent the RV again.
