The instructional videos were very helpful and enabled us to use all of the features we needed. Pick up and drop off were easy. Sarah was great to work with, and was super responsive. Went on a three week trip had a great time just my wife and I. Had miner problem owner was great quick response approved what was needed and it was fixed. Trailer has plenty of space with pop out section. Plenty of space for everything. Might do it again.
