This was my first time renting a camper van for my extended camping trip. This was just what I needed and was very easy to maintain. The unit was as described, exactly what we needed. The communication and responsiveness of Herbert, was wonderful. We had difficulty lighting the oven lit and he was able to walk us through it over the phone immediately when we called. The trailer was delivered on time and they walked us through the unit.
