The host Jennifer was so helpful, very professional and patient (since this was my first time renting an RV) She took the time to explain how all the connections works and to make sure we knew how to level the RV Jennifer kept me the loop when messages were posted in the RVexy app The RV was exactly as described on the app.. We had an amazing camping experience with this rv, it had everything we needed and was well stocked, we will definitely book again in the future.
We had a great time, and the RV definitely helped with that! We went to a charity campout that allows RVs. It was so nice to spend time in Tampa and have a comfortable bed and A/C to come back to. Gary was easy to work with, the RV use was reasonably priced, and I will call on him again!
Very accommodating
David's support and "Goldilocks" exceeded our expectations. With our 2 medium labradoodles, we had the "just right" amount of space and were able to enjoy 2 lovely south-GA state parks in our 5 day getaway. We appreciated David dropping off & picking up the RV so we could get the most enjoyment from our limited time. The twin beds made for a great night sleep, and we loved how many windows the rig had --- an overall great layout and very well maintained.
Patrick was great. We extended our stay a couple of days and he had no problem with that.
Anthony was a pleasure to rent from, he was very easy to communicate with and answered every question we had. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone looking to rent an RV

Where do I start? After meeting Matt & listening to his explanations, I knew we had made the right decision. He throughly explained the features of the RV, and even hooked the rig up to my truck! Inside, everything was as advertised; linens, dishes, seasonings, you name it. I was even treated with some special Kcups. During our trip, Matt was available & we were able to communicate. On the return, Nate was there to bail me out. I cannot recommend the Portzen trailer experience enough, and trust that you too, will make truly incredible memories.
