She was very responsive to any questions we had about the process and what was included. The van was amazing. Spotlessly clean with everything we needed to make our trip easy. The host Jennifer was so helpful, very professional and patient (since this was my first time renting an RV) She took the time to explain how all the connections works and to make sure we knew how to level the RV Jennifer kept me the loop when messages were posted in the RVexy app The RV was exactly as described on the app.. Overall I give her a 5 plus rating

Derek’s rig was absolutely perfect for our week's getaway to Fort De Soto. I highly recommend booking with him. Derek is exceptionally friendly, quick to communicate, and genuinely great to work with. The rig itself was spotless, well-equipped, and everything functioned exactly as it should. Both pickup and drop off were seamless and stress-free. Overall, a fantastic experience from start to finish.

We had a great time, and the RV definitely helped with that! We went to a charity campout that allows RVs. It was so nice to spend time in Tampa and have a comfortable bed and A/C to come back to. Gary was easy to work with, the RV use was reasonably priced, and I will call on him again!
