2019 Keystone Micro Trailer
Brady was very responsive and accommodating. My being a newbie with RVs I had a lot of questions and Brady was very helpful and patient in answering and explaining things. The trailer was just the size I needed and had everything necessary and a few extras but not too many. I will definitely rent again from Brady.

2022 Class B
This was our first time renting an RV or camper van of any type. Clark made the experience great. Everything was on point and Clark went above and beyond. The van was very well appointed, comfortable, and reliable. The bed was very comfortable and Clark was quick to respond to any requests before and during the trip. He has a passion for his van and to be able to rent it was a pleasure.

Brandon was great to work with, very communicative. The RV was nice, we had 3 adults and 2 dogs and it had ample room. It was nice to have all the cooking utensils and pans, bowls, accessories we needed. We had the RV delivered and this was great, to load up and leave for our trip. Well worth it. I would recommend this RV and plan to rent from Brandon again. .

Frequently asked questions about renting an RV in West Jordan, UT
How much does it cost to rent an RV in West Jordan, Utah?
RV rental in West Jordan is one of the more affordable ways to explore Utah, with most listings on RVezy ranging from about $90 to $175 per night for travel trailers, $125 to $225 for Class C motorhomes, and $200 to $350 for larger Class A coaches. Because hosts set their own nightly rates, you can find cheap RV rental West Jordan options if you are flexible on dates or willing to book a smaller camper. The biggest savings tip: travel mid-week or in May or late September, when nightly rates often drop 15 to 25 percent compared to peak summer. Pro tip: use the price filter on RVezy and sort by Instant Book to lock in the best value fast.
rvezy.com/rv-search?SearchAddress=West%20Jordan%2C%20UtahWhat license do I need to rent an RV in West Jordan?
Good news: a regular driver's license is all you need to rent an RV in West Jordan, even for larger Class A motorhomes. There is no special endorsement or Commercial Driver's License (CDL) required for personal-use RVs in Utah. To book on RVezy you generally need to be 25 or older, and approved-driver verification happens right inside the platform during checkout, so the process takes just a few minutes. Visiting from outside the US? Bring your home-country license plus an International Driving Permit (IDP) from your local auto association and you are set. Most first-time renters are surprised how quick and straightforward the approval is.
help.rvezy.com/hc/en-us/articles/360039008774-Understanding-approved-driver-requirementsIs my RV rental in West Jordan protected if something goes wrong?
Yes. Every booking on RVezy includes a renter protection plan plus 24/7 roadside assistance, so you can hit the road around West Jordan with real peace of mind. The protection plan covers physical damage to the RV during your trip, and you choose your coverage level during checkout based on how much extra cushion you want, not the host. Whether you are heading up Little Cottonwood Canyon or down to Moab, you are backed by support if a tire blows, a battery dies, or you need a tow. It is purpose-built for peer-to-peer rentals, which means fewer surprises and more time enjoying your Utah adventure.
help.rvezy.com/hc/en-us/articles/34008759079835-RVezy-renter-protection-plans-in-detailWhat is the cancellation policy if my West Jordan RV trip plans change?
You can book your West Jordan RV rental with confidence because RVezy, not individual hosts, sets the cancellation policy across the platform. That means consistent, predictable rules no matter which listing you choose. There is a grace period after booking that allows a full money-back cancellation, and refund eligibility after that depends on how many days remain before your trip. If a host cancels on you, RVezy issues a refund or travel credit. Full details are on the RVezy Help Center so you can review them before you click Book. Pro tip: message the host early if your dates shift, since many are flexible about rescheduling.
help.rvezy.com/hc/en-us/articles/360037736674-Understanding-the-cancellation-policy-for-guestsCan I bring my dog on a pet-friendly RV rental in West Jordan?
Absolutely, pet-friendly RV rental West Jordan options are easy to find on RVezy. Just toggle the 'Pet-Friendly' filter when you search and you'll see listings whose hosts welcome dogs and other pets. Once you're on the road, your pup will love nearby spots like the Jordan River Parkway Trail, the off-leash Constitution Park dog park in West Jordan, and the dog-friendly trails at Bingham Creek Regional Park. Many Utah state parks, including Antelope Island, also allow leashed dogs on most trails. Pro tip: message the host before booking to mention your pet's size and breed, confirm any cleaning fee, and ask about local groomers, vets, and pet-stocked stores along your route.
stateparks.utah.gov/parks/antelope-island/Can the RV be delivered to my campsite in West Jordan?
Yes, RV delivery West Jordan is one of the most popular options on RVezy, and it's especially great if you're a first-time renter or just don't want to drive a big rig on I-15 or Bangerter Highway. Many local hosts will tow or drive the RV right to your campground, family cabin, or even your driveway, then handle setup, leveling, and the full walkthrough on hookups, water, propane, and slides. Filter for 'Delivery' when searching listings to see who offers it. Delivery fees typically run $2 to $4 per mile from the host's location. Pro tip: popular delivery destinations include Mountain Shadows RV Park, Camp VIP Salt Lake City KOA, and Wasatch Mountain State Park.
stateparks.utah.gov/parks/wasatch-mountain/How far can I drive on a typical West Jordan RV rental?
You've got tons of range from West Jordan, and many hosts on RVezy offer generous mileage allowances of 100 to 150 free miles per night, with some listings featuring RV rental with unlimited mileage for longer trips. Additional miles typically run $0.35 to $0.50 each, so it's worth estimating your route. From West Jordan you're roughly 35 miles to Park City, 45 miles to Antelope Island State Park, 95 miles to Provo's south end, 240 miles to Zion National Park, and about 235 miles to Moab and Arches National Park. Pro tip: if you're planning a big loop, filter for 'Unlimited Mileage' listings to save real money on a Utah RV trip.
nps.gov/zion/planyourvisit/directions.htmWhere are the best campgrounds near West Jordan for an RV trip?
You're spoiled for choice on best campgrounds near West Jordan. Top picks include Mountain Shadows RV Park in West Valley City (about 10 minutes away, full hookups and big-rig friendly), Pony Express RV Resort in Salt Lake City right off the paved Jordan River Trail, Salt Lake City KOA (Camp VIP) downtown with a pool and shuttle access, Sun Outdoors Salt Lake City just north of town near the Great Salt Lake, and Wasatch Mountain State Park in Midway about 50 minutes east with full hookup sites tucked into the Heber Valley. For boondocking, Jordan Pines and Redman Campground up Big Cottonwood Canyon are gorgeous. Pro tip: book Wasatch Mountain sites four to five months ahead for peak summer weekends.
stateparks.utah.gov/parks/wasatch-mountain/When is the best time of year to rent an RV in West Jordan, Utah?
West Jordan is a true four-season destination, but the sweet spot for RV camping West Jordan is May through early October when highs typically sit between 65F and 95F and most mountain campgrounds are open. June and September are arguably the best months: warm days, cool nights in the 50s, smaller crowds, and wildflowers up in the Wasatch. July and August get hot, with valley highs sometimes hitting 100F, so plan canyon trips for cooler relief. Winter rentals (December through March) are great for ski trips to Snowbird, Alta, Brighton, and Solitude, all within about 45 minutes. Pro tip: shoulder-season weekday bookings are the smart-money play for both price and weather.
weather.gov/slc/I'm first time renting an RV. Will I know how to use everything?
Yes, and you're going to feel confident faster than you think. Every RVezy host provides a full in-person walkthrough at pickup (or at delivery) covering driving tips, slide-outs, water and waste tanks, propane, the generator, the awning, and how to hook up at a campground. Most orientations take 30 to 45 minutes, and hosts encourage you to text or call them throughout your trip with any questions. You can also message the host before booking to ask anything you're unsure about. Pro tip: for your first West Jordan RV trip, pick a smaller Class C or campervan rental West Jordan style listing, and book a closer destination like Wasatch Mountain State Park to ease in.
fmcsa.dot.gov/safety/driver-safety/cmv-driving-tips-driver-fatigueWhat happens if my RV breaks down during my trip from West Jordan?
You are covered. Every RVezy booking includes 24/7 roadside assistance as part of the renter protection plan, so help is one phone call away whether you are stranded on I-15, climbing Parleys Canyon toward Park City, or out near Antelope Island. Roadside covers flat tires, dead batteries, lockouts, fuel delivery, and towing to the nearest qualified repair shop. Your host is also a great first call because they know their rig inside and out and can often troubleshoot small issues by text. Pro tip: before leaving West Jordan, snap photos of the tire pressures, propane levels, and dashboard, and save both the RVezy support line and your host's number to your phone.
rvezy.com/insurance-and-protectionCan I take my West Jordan RV rental across state lines or into Canada?
Yes, interstate road trips are encouraged. An RV road trip from West Jordan opens up Idaho's Sawtooths (about 5 hours north), Yellowstone (about 5.5 hours via Idaho Falls), Grand Teton, Las Vegas (about 6 hours south), and the entire Utah Mighty 5 national parks loop. Cross-border travel to Canada may be allowed on a per-listing basis, so message the host directly to confirm before booking if that is your plan. Travel into Mexico is not permitted on any RVezy rental because the protection plan does not extend there. Pro tip: pre-plan fuel stops through southern Utah, where gas stations can be 60 to 80 miles apart between Hanksville and Capitol Reef.
help.rvezy.com/hc/en-us/articles/360039340074-Insurance-coverage-validityWhat kind of fuel mileage should I budget for a motorhome rental West Jordan?
Smart question, and the numbers are easier than you'd guess. Motorhome rental West Jordan options typically get 8 to 10 miles per gallon for Class A, 10 to 14 MPG for Class C, 18 to 22 MPG for Class B campervans, and your tow vehicle's normal MPG (minus about 25 percent) when pulling a travel trailer. Regular unleaded in the Salt Lake Valley typically runs around $3.20 to $3.70 per gallon, with diesel slightly higher. For a 500-mile round trip to Moab in a Class C, budget roughly $130 to $170 in fuel. Pro tip: use the GasBuddy app and fill up in West Jordan or Lehi before heading south, where prices climb in rural towns.
eia.gov/petroleum/gasdiesel/How far ahead should I book campgrounds for my West Jordan RV trip?
Earlier is better, especially for Utah's most popular spots. Utah State Parks like Wasatch Mountain, Antelope Island, and Jordanelle open reservations exactly four months in advance through ReserveAmerica's Utah State Parks portal, and prime summer weekends often sell out within hours of the window opening at 8:00 AM Mountain Time. National park campgrounds (Zion, Arches, Bryce) book on Recreation.gov six months out and disappear just as fast. Private parks like Mountain Shadows or Salt Lake City KOA usually have more flexibility, often available two to four weeks ahead. Pro tip: set a calendar alert for exactly four months before your trip date and have your account logged in and ready when reservations drop.
recreation.gov/What are the driving conditions like around West Jordan?
Driving an RV in and around West Jordan is genuinely manageable. The Salt Lake Valley sits on a tidy grid with wide streets, and I-15, Bangerter Highway, and Mountain View Corridor all handle big rigs easily. Where to be alert: I-80 through Parleys Canyon (steep 6 percent grades to Park City), Little and Big Cottonwood Canyons (Class A motorhomes over 30 feet are restricted on parts of Little Cottonwood), and winter storms from November through March that can require traction-law compliance in the canyons. Summer afternoon thunderstorms can also bring sudden crosswinds on I-15. Pro tip: check the Utah Department of Transportation (UDOT) Traffic app before any canyon drive, and avoid I-15 between 4:00 PM and 6:00 PM on weekdays.
udot.utah.gov/connect/public/traffic/What amenities can I expect at campgrounds near West Jordan?
Campgrounds within an hour of West Jordan range from full-service resorts to rustic forest sites. Private parks like Mountain Shadows RV Park, Pony Express RV Resort, and Sun Outdoors Salt Lake City offer full hookups (30/50-amp electric, water, sewer), Wi-Fi, laundry, showers, and dump stations. Wasatch Mountain State Park has water and electric at most sites with a central dump station, while Jordan Pines and Spruces up Big Cottonwood Canyon are dry sites with vault toilets and potable water taps. Need to dump or fill on the way home? Camping World on 4500 South in West Valley and the Flying J off I-15 in Lehi both have public dump stations. Pro tip: top off fresh water before heading into the canyons.
fs.usda.gov/uwcnfWhat's inside a typical RV rental in West Jordan?
You'll be impressed by how loaded most rigs are. A typical RV rental in West Jordan comes fully equipped with sleeping for 4 to 8 (queen beds, bunks, and convertible dinettes), a full kitchen with fridge, freezer, microwave, propane stove, and oven, a bathroom with toilet and shower, climate control with roof-mounted AC and propane furnace, and seatbelted travel seats for everyone on board. Most listings include a TV, many have generators or solar for off-grid power, and Wi-Fi hotspots are increasingly common (some hosts offer Starlink as an add-on). Pro tip: check the listing's amenity list and 'what's included' kit, then ask the host about extras like camp chairs, an outdoor grill, or bedding packages.
nhtsa.gov/road-safety/recreational-vehicle-safetyWhat add-ons and pickup options should I expect when I rent an RV in West Jordan?
Hosts in West Jordan offer some genuinely useful add-ons. Common options include bedding and linen packages ($25 to $75), kitchen kits ($25 to $50), camp chairs and outdoor mats ($15 to $30), generators or extra propane fills, bike racks, Starlink internet, and prep-clean fees if you'd rather skip the dump-and-rinse on return. Pickup is usually at the host's home in West Jordan, South Jordan, or nearby Riverton, with delivery available on many listings for an extra fee. Mileage allowances typically run 100 to 150 miles per night included, with extras around $0.35 to $0.50 per mile. Pro tip: bundle delivery, setup, and a dump-station drop-off for the easiest possible first-time experience.
westjordan.utah.gov/code-enforcement-faqHow does payment and the security deposit work on RVezy?
Payment is simple, secure, and fully handled inside RVezy, so you never hand cash or a credit card to the host. You pay your rental total at booking using a credit card, and a refundable security deposit (typically a few hundred to a few thousand dollars depending on the RV) is pre-authorized on your card before pickup, not actually charged. As long as the rig comes back in the same shape with no damage, no missing items, and no policy issues like exceeding mileage, the hold is released within a few days of trip end. Pro tip: do a thorough walk-around video at both pickup and drop-off with the host, which protects everyone and keeps your deposit return smooth.
help.rvezy.com/hc/en-us/articles/360038106214-How-the-security-deposit-worksCan I park or store the RV overnight on West Jordan city streets?
Heads up on this one: West Jordan City Ordinance 7-3-8 prohibits parking recreational vehicles on public streets overnight, and from November 1 through April 30 no vehicles can be parked on streets during snow events under ordinance 7-3-10. The smart move is to keep the RV at a proper campground, a private driveway (with the owner's permission and meeting the 3-foot sidewalk and 10-foot front-yard setbacks under ordinance 13-8-14), or at your host's property until your trip starts. Where to park an RV in West Jordan overnight legally? Try Mountain Shadows RV Park, Pony Express RV Resort, or arrange host delivery directly to your campsite. Pro tip: ask your host if you can pick up the morning of departure to avoid any street-parking concerns.
