Miguel and his wife were excellent throughout the rental process. It was our (wife and I) first time using an RV and Miguel was patient at explaining and answering our questions. Very responsive whenever we had additional questions while at camp. Would not hesitate to rent from them again.

The host Jennifer was so helpful, very professional and patient (since this was my first time renting an RV) She took the time to explain how all the connections works and to make sure we knew how to level the RV Jennifer kept me the loop when messages were posted in the RVexy app The RV was exactly as described on the app.. My wife and I had a fantastic experience! The camper is well maintained, clean and comfortable. Couldn't have asked for more. I would like to add that the a/c worked perfectly, given the Florida weather even during the holiday season. Stephanie was a dream to work with, she has a great personality and made sure that we were well taken care of.

We used the RV for overflow sleeping accommodation for a big thanksgivings family gathering. The RV was delivered on time and set up quickly. It was in perfect condition and ready to use.
